I have rent a car for one week to visit Kigali and other cities in Rwanda.The service is very professional and the cars are in a very good condition.The driver was very fine and have the advantage to be also a guide.My experience in Rwanda was amazing thanks to this rental company.
Great car rental company! The two owners were really kind, responsive and helped us a lot during the whole trip. We could pick up the car at the airport and let it in the rental office our last day. We rented a Toyota Prado, well equipped and appropriate to any Rwandan road. Highly recommended 🙂
Great car rental company!When looking for a rental in Rwanda I looked at all the reviews of the different companies and many seemed to have fake reviews... I chose car rentals Rwanda because it seemed to me to be the more serious and I was not disappointed, the owner can always be reached very quickly on WhatsApp and is very very accommodating, the cars are in very good condition with few kilometers (RAV4 and Prado).I highly recommend this rental company!

Had a fabulous experience with Car Rentals Rwanda, booked from the UK and they were very helpful and communicative about the size of car we would need for our journey. Car was in great condition, and we asked for an exchange for one without a wheel inside, to allow for more luggage space, they immediately came to our hotel to exchange the car for a more appropriate one. Travelled nearly 1000km across the whole of Rwanda without any issues and no extras such as additional mileage. They were waiting for us at the airport before our flight home, and no additional charges for late drop off. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again when visiting Rwanda 🇷🇼
Great overall experience! Car was in good working shape and very comfortable. No mechanical or safety issues. Joe was easy to communicate with and conveniently brought the car to our hotel at the start of our trip and came to pick it up at the end. We would definitely rent from them again. Thanks!
We rented a Toyota RAV4 for almost 3 weeks so that we could tour around all of beautiful Rwanda. The Toyota was delivered in excellent condition to us at our hotel in downtown Kigali. We drove around the entire country and sometime on very rough back roads. The Toyota never let us down. We did have one problem when the battery on the remote key died. We could not get into the car or start it. A phone call back to Car Rentals Rwanda had a service technician at our car very quickly. That was the only problem we ever faced. The owner before our trip, during our trip, and at the end of our trip was always extremely helpful. He even drove us to the airport on two different days because we had different flights. That is certainly going well beyond what we ever expected in terms of service. Should we ever return to beautiful Rwanda there is no doubt that we will rent our vehicle once again from Rwanda Car Rentals. Thank you for a great experience. Philip B.

I rented a car for 10 days with GO Safaris Africa rental car and it has been a real pleasure. The maintenance of the car is perfectly made, no mechanic problem. The agency is professional, you sign a contract, you do a check up of the car etc etc. A very good experience and a company I will re use. And they do good prices also. Try them!!
